CLUB SONG update . . .
As a reminder to all teams what a passionate rendition of our club song can sound like, one only has to watch & listen to Richmond after their first win for a while.
From the number of new players inside the circle, they might have been forgiven for forgetting some of the words, but whether you're a Richmond supporter or not, this really hits the spot !

After many years of Angry Anderson impressions, this week ushered in a new era in the proud history of our club, when it was announced that we would be adopting a new club song.
It has been felt for some time that finding a more recognisable tune might allow all our players, parents & supporters to join as one and deliver a proud and passionate rendition of a song befitting the mighty Cougars.

Oh we're from Cougar land
A fighting fury we're from Cougar land
In any weather you will see us with a grin
Risking head and skin
If we're behind then never mind we'll fight and fight and win
Oh we're from Cougar land
We never stop until the final sirens gone
Like the Cougars of old
We're young and we're bold
Oh we're from Cougar ( TEAL, WHITE & BLACK )
Oh we're from Cougar land
COUGARS !!
We look forward to hearing it all across the East Fremantle district over the weekend !
Welcome one and all
Welcome to the revamped website of the mighty Canning Vale Cougars.
We hope you'll visit us often to catch up with all the news & views and the hits & misses in what is sure to be a fun filled, action packed footy season.
The Canning Vale Cougars JFC was established in 1997 by a group of ambitious volunteers and a total of 65 players through various age groups.
Since that time, under the tutelage of dedicated committees and coaches, not to mention the enthusiasm of our junior footballers, we have grown to be the largest junior football club in the East Fremantle Football Club Development system with over 320 registered players in 17 teams from 9’s through to 17’s, plus a further 200 + players in our Auskick programme. We pride ourselves on the fact that we are very much a family oriented club which values participation, sportsmanship, community and skill development within a friendly social environment. Visit the Registration page to download the appropriate forms so you too can ROAR like a Cougar in 2010 ! If you would like to know more about becoming a Cougar, or have questions of any kind, our hard working committee would be only too happy to assist. Visit the Contacts page and give us a call. 2010 will see some changes in the way you can keep track of what is happening around your footy club. Catch our monthly newsletters and available early in 2010 will be our individual team websites, offering photo galleries, coaches blog and much more. We would like to thank all our past and current sponsors for their support, and advise that there are plenty of great new sponsorship opportunities for you or your organisation to get behind the Cougars in 2010. Just contact Dave or Ray to get on board.
